
BF Penthouse
Creating a home for a family as a flippingproject, we were tasked with transforming a two-story apartment situated in acontemporary residential building in the heart of Kyiv. Originally lacking infunctional space but with the potential for re-planning, we designed theapartment to feature a spacious open-plan living area by incorporating part ofthe terrace, along with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.The modern architectural design, characterizedby predominant linear forms, is balanced by the softness of the furniture and avariety of tactile textures. The interior intentionally embraces a sandy colourpalette to counterbalance the coolness of the northern daylight.
We opted forneutral ceramic granite flooring, serving as a backdrop for the vibrantPatagonia stone, skilfully crafted by Ukrainian artisans, and harmonizingperfectly with the Flamed Sand Oak used for the kitchen cabinetry.
