The initial consultation involves a two-hour home visit by me personally.The primary goal is to meet and discuss your project, allowing me to gather all necessary information and assess the space, room by room. During this consultation, I will provide design advice, ideas, and recommendations,as well as direct you to stores or contractors for specific purchases.

After discussing your design requirements, depending on the scope and objectives, we create mood boards with references to help define the style direction, materials, and color schemes. This phase also includes layout plans for furniture and equipment placement. Additionally, collages or sketches of each room are provided to give you an initial visual impression of the design.

We offer full project management services, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, liaising with contractors, and supervising the construction works on-site to ensure everything is executed according to the design plan.

Once you are satisfied with the initial design and the preliminary budget, we proceed with detailed drawings, full selection of materials, furniture, and equipment. At this stage, we can also provide 3D-renders. All estimates will be updated to reflect the final budget.

Following the approval of the initial design, we prepare preliminary drawings for contractors and gather quotations for their work. we also create provisional specifications for furniture, lighting, and equipment, giving you a clearer understanding of the estimated budget for your design project.
